This policy explains how The Delivery Room ("we", "us") handles information when you visit the official Goggins links page (the "Site"). The Site is a simple directory of links. We do not require accounts, and we do not sell personal information.

Information we collect

Analytics. We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool hosted by our web developer, Dynamic Technologies, to understand how the Site is used. It records aggregate data such as pages viewed, referring site, browser, device type, and country. Umami does not use cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not track you across other websites. We use this data only to improve the Site.

We do not use advertising trackers or our own cookies on the Site.

Contact form. The contact form does not submit data to our servers. When you press Send Message, it opens your own email app with a pre-filled message addressed to zackgoggins.artist@gmail.com. If you send that email, we receive your email address, the topic you selected, and anything you write. We use it only to reply to you and handle your request.

Server logs. Our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and time of visit, for security and to keep the Site running.

Third-party services

The Site loads content from these services, which may collect data such as your IP address and set their own cookies under their own policies:

• Google Fonts for typefaces. Google Fonts privacy

Links to Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook take you to those platforms. Once you leave the Site, their privacy policies apply.

Retention and sharing

We keep emails for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting booking, interview, or feature. We do not share your information with third parties except where required by law or needed to fulfil your request, such as coordinating with a venue or promoter you asked us to work with.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR or CCPA, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at the address below.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted here, and the effective date above will be updated.
